2026 TEAM CAMP

2025 Team Camp Snow Canyon

Before jumping into the details, a few new updates for Team Camp 2026 worth calling out up front:

1) Friday Night Dinner Location Change: Friday’s team dinner will be held at a new location this year. The address and full details will be announced in the coming weeks.

2) Friday Road Route: The Friday road ride (Kolob + Zion) is new for 2026. In past years, this occurred on Saturday. Please see new start location address below.

3) MTB & Gravel Options: We’ll again be offering MTB and Gravel ride options during camp. Routes, ride leads, and details will be shared in the coming weeks.

This is your first official update for Team Camp 2026, happening next month April 23–25, 2026. Stoke is high, and we’re fired up for everything this year’s camp has in store. Please review the details below. As in past years, Stu, Chip, and I will host a team Zoom call a few days before camp to walk through final logistics. The link will be shared as we get closer. We currently have 120+ folks committed for this year's camp! LFG.

Thanks to each of you, I couldn’t be more excited to spend the weekend together.

KITS
The 2025 Charcoal Kit, 2026 White Kit, and 2026 Limited Edition MD Camo Camp Zipper-less Jersey will be the preferred kits for this year’s camp. A Preferred Kit Menu will be shared for each ride day. It always looks sharp when we’re coordinated, especially with photos and videos captured throughout the weekend.

  • Just a small message about our vision for the 2026 team camp. Many have asked how it is going to managed with so many attending. We have thought about safety, skill level, abilities, the competitive nature of the group and all of the factors that go into how we ride together. If I could implore each of you to remember a couple things:

    1) Safety is top of mind. If people crash because they are careless camp will be over. We are all riding next to someone's mom, dad, brother and friend. Know your limits and don't be a liability to the group. Please be responsible for your safety, my safety all those around you. We will obey ALL traffic rules and laws.

    2) Team building, connection, enjoyment and camaraderie are the reason. Others invited from teams that are not Mi Duole have been invited for the same reason. We want to be with them and build our friendships. Take the time to get to know those around you, we are at camp as a team. Together Everyone Achieves More. Learn to lift those around you.

    3) Everyone is arriving with different goals. Everyone has different skill levels. We will work to keep everyone together, but please don't be sensitive when the group splits. Come with your own personal goals to get better, build fitness and connect with others.

    4) Finally, there will be a time and place to prove your abilities. This might not be that place. I love being competitive, but in the right setting. You're in the trust tree now so don't feel like you have to prove anything at camp. Team Camp is the kickoff of the season, not the end. When we climb UT Hill Climb maybe let loose a little and send it, but if you're coming to camp with the mindset that it is a race, please keep in mind, this is training and not racing.
